2020 Dalberg Ritterhölle Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Nahe, Germany

Very slightly smoky and herbal nose of ripe stone fruit with tobacco nuances and nutty traces. Ripe, sweet fruit, fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, a little dark berry on the palate, tobacco notes and earthy mineral tones, a hint of dried mushrooms, good persistence, chalky and salty hints, a trace of dark fruit in the background, very good, somewhat grippy, sweetly juicy and again smoky finish.
