Fairly firm, partly candied, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, lively acidity, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, slightly spicy and creamy, good persistence, mineral notes in the background, good to very good juicy, spicy, sweetish finish. Does not really need the residual sugar.
