Light herbaceous and mineral notes on the nose, light yellow spice, citrus and stone fruit aromas, peppery traces. Fairly firm, partly candied, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, lively acidity, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, slightly spicy and creamy, good persistence, mineral notes in the background, good to very good juicy, spicy, sweetish finish. Does not really need the residual sugar.
