Translate to English Herb-würziger, etwas pfeffrig-mineralischer Duft mit vegetabilen und verhalten gelbfruchtigen Aromen und Kümmel. Würzig, feinsaftig und griffig im Mund, reife Frucht mit leicht pfeffriger und getrocknet-kräuteriger Würze, wieder Kümmel, lebendige Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, zitrusbetont, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, mineralische Töne, recht guter, wieder leicht zitroniger Abgang.
