Tart, cool, firm nose, elegant vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, clear, elegant yellow fruit aromas, light mineral notes. Clear, light, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, chalky mineral notes, very delicate floral and light herbaceous aromas, lively acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence and substance, fairly firm structure, some bite on a very good finish.
