2018 Ungstein Roter Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken "SP", Pfalz, Germany

Cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and a touch of stone fruit, light floral traces, light mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, light vegetal and floral notes, still has yeasty traces, very delicate hint of red berries in the background, good persistence, still young, mineral notes in the background, hint of mushrooms, slightly astringent tannins, fairly tranquil style, good to very good, tart finish.
