Mineral notes on the nose, light herbs and spices, citrus and stone fruit aromas, peppery and floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Restrained, tart fruit on the palate, prominent mineral notes, dried vegetal aromas, lively acidity, light yeasty notes, hint of bacon, noticeable tannic grip, good persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, but also has some cool notes, still slightly brittle, very good, firm, tart finish.
