Tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, cool citrus aromas and some peach fruit, herbs, earthy and chalky mineral notes. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, more vegetal and chalky notes, fairly prominent acidity, firm structure, persistent, some depth, firm bite, slightly sweetish, prominent salty notes, still totally undeveloped, very good firm finish.
