Fairly tart nose with prominent vegetal and light earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms and yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light nutty notes, hint of tobacco, peppery traces in the background, slightly rough and slightly sandy tannins, prominent acid bite on a good to very good finish.
