Translate to English Etwas rauchiger und deutlich holzwürziger Duft mit eher herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, kräuterig-pflanzlichen Noten, einer Spur Tabak, Speck und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, trockene, dabei saftige Frucht im Mund, herbe pflanzliche Würze und recht deutliches, etwas rauchiges und röstiges Holz, feine, lebendige Säure, merklicher, leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, der sich mit Luft jedoch gut einbindet, viel Griff und gute Nachhaltigkeit, speckige Nuancen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, noch wenig entwickelt, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, saftiger und rauchiger Abgang. Hat Zeit.
