Translate to English Kühle, etwas grün-gemüsige und kräuterige Zitrusnase mit herben erdig-mineralischen und zart tabakigen Aromen. Ein wenig gedeckt im Mund, wieder deutlich vegetabil, eine Spur nussig und an Kaffee erinnernd, präsente Säure und leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, leicht rau am Gaumen, salzig und pfeffrig, gewisse Strenge, eine Spur bitter und recht gedeckt im Hintergrund, auch im würzigen Abgang relativ hart und säurebetont.
