Translate to English Duft nach eingemachten und kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit etwas Birne sowie zart kräuterigen und vegetabilen Aromen. Reife, saftige, zitrusbetonte, leicht süßlich wirkende Frucht, Orangentöne, kräuterige Aromen, lebendige Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Kandis am Gaumen, hat Kraft, etwas Alkoholwärme, aber auch Schliff und Biss, ein Hauch Karamell, sehr guter, leicht nussiger und wieder trotz des kaum vorhandenen Restzuckers süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit herber Mineralik und spürbarem Alkohol.

Glasklar und saftig im Mund, dabei knochentrocken, leicht pflanzliche Würze, feine lebendige Säure, viel Mineralität am Gaumen, recht dicht und nachhaltig, beste Balance, noch relativ lebhafte Kohlensäure, mittlere Tiefe, langer Abgang.
