Tart nose, light yeasty and earthy notes, hint of bacon, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, mineral notes reminiscent of mussel shells. Clear, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, herbaceous notes and floral traces, persistent, gripping, light yeasty and prominent mineral notes, sweaty traces, some depth and bite, good to very good sweetish, juicy finish.
