Slightly vegetal, delicate nutty and greasy notes with yellow fruit notes, still a hint of yeast and yeasty notes. Tart, restrained fruit, nutty, yeasty and earthy notes, some salt, vegetal notes on the palate, elegant acidity, slightly muted, a hint of bacon, tart finish.
