Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and nutty nose of yellow fruit with a hint of fine root vegetables, butter and tobacco. Polished, bright fruit with a delicate sweetish melt, yeasty notes, lively yet fine acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, salty minerality, artichokes and mussels in the background, a hint of citrus zest on a very good, cool finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
