A hint of buttery citrus-apple scent with delicate vegetal to herbaceous, floral and yeasty nuances and a hint of fennel. Cool, very bright, finely juicy fruit, again some yeasty, planty and nutty tones, very delicate red berry nuances, a hint of fresh butter, very fine acidity, good persistence, chalky-salty notes, very good, finely juicy, polished finish.
