Cool, firm, somewhat reductive, yeasty and slightly bacony citrus pome fruit nose with fresh vegetal and slightly nutty tones. Polished, cool, tart-juicy fruit, smoky and vegetal, also slightly bacony tones, hints of chanterelles and spring onions, fine, lively acidity, some grip, good persistence, chalk and salt, good to very good, fine-juicy and again somewhat smoky-spicy finish. Very nice Müller.
