Somewhat nutty, smoky and delicately woody pome fruit scent with citrus nuances as well as herbal and floral nuances. Tart, cool fruit with distinct citrus flavours, again some wood and smoke, herbal tones and a hint of dark berries, lively acidity, some grip, a little chalk and salt in the background, good, tart finish.
