Smoky and somewhat animalistic scent of rather dark berries and some cherries with leathery tones, a bit of underbrush, as well as floral and peppery nuances. Quite juicy fruit with a certain acidity and relatively fine, youthful tannins, smoky wood notes, meaty-animal traces, good sustainability, medium strength, has bite, a hint of citrus fruits in the background, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
