Youthful, still almost a little reductive, clearly yeasty aroma with red berry notes, some root vegetables and a hint of bacon. Taut, tart, cool fruit, smoky and nutty tones, root vegetables again in the background, present acidity, some persistence, a hint of mushrooms in the background, some salt, good to very good finish with bite.
