Somewhat nutty and dried-vegetable to slightly tobacco aroma with rather calm yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of butter and floral traces. Cool, fine-juicy, rather lean fruit with nutty and planty aromas as well as a hint of smoke, present acidity, some grip, yeasty nuances in the background, salty minerality, good to very good finish, again with plenty of acid bite.
