Tart, quite firm, slightly vegetal, yeasty and nutty aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas and a hint of green asparagus. Clear, finely juicy, bright fruit, nutty yeasty aromas and some protein, very fine acidity and moderate grip of ripe tannin, hints of fresh butter in the background, certain persistence, fine, animating spiciness, good to very good, somewhat mineral finish. Makes you feel good
