Nutty and slightly herbaceous-planty, also still a little yeasty fragrance with tart yellow fruity aromas and a hint of bacon. Restrained, tart, rather bright fruit, yeasty, smoky and nutty tones, very fine acidity, some grip of friable tannin, chalky tones in the background, still very slightly muted, good to very good, tart finish.
