2019 Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs, Baden, Germany

Restrained, yeasty, slightly mushroomy and finely vegetal nose with predominantly very light yellow fruity aromas, but also a hint of black berries and floral nuances. Tart, cool, again predominantly bright fruit, smoky, nutty and delicately mushroomy notes, clearly yeasty, very fine, yet lively mousseux, persistent on the palate, hints of tobacco in the background, very good, taut finish, uncompromisingly dry, yet with juice and draw. Very skilful.
