2018 Oberrotweil Henkenberg Grauburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Rather deep, nutty and slightly vegetable, very slightly open, also a little light-woody scent with reserved yellow-fruity as well as a little chalky-earthy tones. Ripe, quite firm and at the same time somewhat melted fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty and smoky nuances, delicate touch of crumbly tannin, persistent and quite dense on the palate, chalky and salty mineral tones, good depth, still young, very good, firm, tart and juicy finish, again with cool vegetable and mineral notes
