Vegetal, somewhat caramel and clearly yeasty aroma with yellow fruity and nutty aromas and a little mushroom. Quite juicy, tart fruit with lively acidity and a touch of carbonic acid, yeasty, vegetal and salty notes, good persistence, chalk and salt on the palate, citrus tones, lots of bite, good to very good, grippy finish
