Elegant vegetal notes on the nose, yeasty and delicate nutty notes, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus fruit, hint of bacon in the background. Ripe, partly candied, very slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, fine mousse, good substance and persistence, nutty, herbaceous and floral traces, hint of tobacco in the background, touch of yellow spice, sliughtly creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very delicately sweet on a very good, juicy, spicy finish.
