2019 Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Sauvignon "salis", Alto Adige, Italy

Very slightly developed, somewhat bacony, nutty and delicately vegetal aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of caramel and cardamom. Ripe fruit with a delicate sweetish mellowness and light phenolics, lively acidity, clear tannin grip, good persistence, salt lemon, nut butter and bacon in the background, hints of root vegetables, dark, almost stony minerality, certain warmth, very good finish with bite.
