Astringent, clearly vegetable and slightly earthy fragrance with yellow fruity notes, floral nuances, some yeast and earthy-mineral notes. Tart, rather reserved fruit, again yeasty and clearly planty tones, fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, chalky and salty notes, a hint of smoke, herbal aromas, firm structure, still young, some depth, very good, again tart, still a bit yeasty finish with ripe juice and a hint of wood
