A slightly smoky, nutty, earthy and yeasty fragrance with notes of crumbly pome fruit, a little citrus and butter. Ripe, tart fruit, light wood, smoky and again also buttery aromas, a little yellow spice, some acid bite and still slightly drying tannin, good substance and persistence, salt in the background, still slightly drying in the otherwise good to very good finish

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2022+. What our ratings mean
