Vegetal and floral notes on the nose, partly candied yellow fruit, spicy notes. Sweetish spicy fruit on the palate, light yeasty and prominent vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, slightly sandy tannins, fairly persistent, mineral notes in the background, light floral touch, good grip, salty traces, hint of tobacco, good finish, both tart and spicy as well as sweetish.
