A hint more open, somewhat planty to ethereally herbal and hinted floral scent of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of Williams pear and chanterelles. Quite juicy fruit with yeasty notes, again lots of Williams pear, lively, almost present acidity, light carbonic acid, hints of salt lemon and fennel, a touch of sage and sesame, chalky minerality, hints of tea and pepper, very good finish.
