Firm, fine-vegetable as well as somewhat yeasty and nutty pome fruit scent with citrus aromas, hints of herbs, popcorn, orange blossom and floral nuances. Clear, cool, finely juicy, polished fruit, yeasty and nutty tones, also fresh vegetal notes on the palate, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent, chalky-mineralic, floral nuances, still young, restrained power, thereby becoming more melting with air, acquires caramel and nut butter tones, very good, juicy finish with moderate wood spice and traces of light tobacco.
