Firm, nutty, slightly smoky and a hint of mushroomy pome fruit scent with floral nuances, a little herbs and certain barrel tones. Ripe, quite firm and dense fruit with slightly smoky and nutty wood spice, vegetal notes and floral traces, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, has power and substance, some depth, still undeveloped, distinct minerality, very good, again firm finish with tart juice, some wood spice and a touch of butter.
