Cool, somewhat planty to slightly herbal and delicately yeasty nose with restrained, very bright yellow fruity notes and a hint of mushrooms and hazelnut. Clear, cool and again very bright, fine juicy fruit, polished acidity, yeasty and slightly herbal notes, chalky hints, a touch of salt and salt lemon, certain persistence, again a hint of hazelnut and mushrooms in the background, good to very good finish.
