cool nose, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, tart nutty notes, traces of yellow fruit, sage and daisies, hint of brown butter. Cool, firm, but also slightly creamy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, light floral and chalky notes, light toasted oak, buttery traces, elegant, lively acidity, tannins still slightly sandy, some depth, light nutty notes and smoky traces, still undeveloped, not particularly deep, light bite and some vanilla on a good to very good finish.
