Very light floral and herbaceous, quite transparent aroma of more black than red berries with a hint of pepper. Tart, rather slender, straightforward fruit, smoky and nutty oak notes, some bitter chocolate, fine sandy, slightly drying tannins, some persistence, a hint of pepper and salt, good, albeit somewhat drying finish.
