Somewhat earthy, smoky and woody nose of more black than red berries with a hint of root vegetables, floral nuances and a little bacon. Tart fruit, again with quite present, smoky, somewhat bitterish wood flavours, present, somewhat drying tannins, earthy, rooty notes, certain persistence, slight warmth, good, tart finish.
