Somewhat open, woody-spicy and slightly smoky-bacon apple nose with citrus aromas, vegetal nuances, some wild mushrooms and hints of yellow spice. Very slightly muted, completely dry fruit with clear, smoky and nutty wood spice, some root vegetables and mushrooms on the palate, restrained acidity, clearly buttery tones, a little drying and indifferent on the finish.
