Nutty, yeasty and a hint of floral aromas with pomaceous fruit and citrus flavours, some stone fruit, citrus peel and dark berry nuances. Quite juicy, yet almost completely dry fruit, vegetal and slightly yeasty notes, fine, relatively calm mousseux, certain persistence, nutty hints, again a hint of dark berries, smoky nuances, some salt in the background, good to very good finish.
