Rather cool, slightly nutty, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and hints of bacon pomaceous and stone fruit on the nose, with delicate floral aromas. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit with slightly dark berry notes, a hint of root vegetables and citrus zest, lively acidity, light tannic grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
