Cool, delicately nutty, vegetal and still a hint of yeasty nose with fine citrus and pomaceous fruit notes. Slender, light citrus and pomaceous fruit, very fine acidity, fresh vegetal to herbaceous and delicately nutty tones, certain persistence, very light grip, good finish with fresh, cool juice.
