Relatively cool, somewhat smoky, bacon and vegetal to dried herbaceous nose, yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of dried mushrooms and root vegetables. Polished, tart, juicy fruit with delicately creamy, slightly nutty and smoky wood flavours as well as some butter, lively acidity, somewhat crumbly tannin, good persistence, chalky minerality reminiscent of mussel shells, laurel leaves in the background, very good, grippy finish.
