Polished, clearly nutty pomaceous fruit aroma with citrus notes and barrel tones slightly reminiscent of nougat. Ripe, somewhat melting, fresh and juicy fruit, fine vegetal, nutty and still slightly yeasty tones, polished acidity, good persistence and substance, again a little nougat on the palate, a hint of citrus peel, good to very good, delicately salty finish.
