Clearer and firmer, slightly nutty citrus core fruit aroma with very fine vegetal tones, grilled crustaceans, shellfish meat, and moderate fiber tones. Dense, finely juicy, polished, surprisingly cool-acting fruit, fine vegetal notes, and a hint of mushrooms, harmonious acidity, chalky-salty minerality in the background, a hint of red berries, nutty tones, and in the end, a bit of alcohol warmth, with air mandarin tones, a bit of marzipan, very good finish with noticeable acidity bite.
