Cool, somewhat herbal, nutty and dried herbal and mushroomy nose with stone fruit notes and a hint of mixed berries. Clear, not quite dry fruit with a hint of cassis and yeast, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, delicate grip, some persistence, salty tones, good finish with bite.
