Clear, fairly firm nose, citrus pomaceous fruit, delicate smoky and nutty aromas, blanched almonds, herb butter, hint of cranberries, floral traces and some minerality in the background. Finely juicy, bright, rather cool fruit, nutty and still delicately yeasty flavours, very fine acidity, some grip, vegetal nuances, hints of smoke in the background, chalky-salty minerality, a little seaweed, persistent, some depth, very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2027+. What our ratings mean
