Nutty and hinted dried-floral pome fruit scent with a little egg white, floral nuances and restrained barrel tones. Ripe, tart fruit, some acid bite and crumbly, sandy, slightly drying tannin, herbal notes, chalky and salty in the background, some persistence, a hint of camphor, good to very good, tart, just again also a little drying finish.
