Relatively cool, somewhat green-vegetable and delicately floral pear and stone fruit scent with slightly asparagus-like hints. Straightforward, bright fruit with a light candy note, a hint of black berries and some yellow-spicy hints, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, some persistence, good finish with a hint of salt
