Relatively bright, somewhat fresh-vegetable to dried-herbal and delicately floral scent of yellow fruits with slightly mushroomy hints. Young, slightly sweet citrus fruit with a delicate melt, lively acidity, some carbonic acid, grapefruit in the background, a touch of light wood and hints of white pepper, good persistence, some salty minerality, again fresh-vegetable notes in the good to very good, fresh-juicy finish
