Light nutty and slightly vegetal aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, herbal nuances, a little egg and mineral hints. Clear, quite juicy, polished fruit, light, delicately nutty and smoky wood, fresh vegetal notes, fine acidity, some persistence, chalky and salty hints, quite firm structure, still undeveloped, a hint of caramel, very good finish.
